Welcome to Grafle 🌍

Ever landed in a GeoGuessr round, stared at a street sign, and thought "that's… Cyrillic? Maybe?" Grafle teaches exactly that skill: recognizing the world's languages and writing systems at a glance, and knowing which countries they point to.

How to play

  1. Read the sample — a real sentence in a real script.
  2. Name the script family, then the exact language.
  3. Click the countries on the map where it's used.

Wrong answers are the best part: you'll get a tip showing exactly how to tell the two scripts apart next time. The Daily Challenge is the same five signs for everyone — compare with friends!
